We are looking for a way to clear alerts seen in the SAP agentview without having to reset the item within agentview. I looked at the documentation and set a value in the configuration file:
#SNMPGROUP sapConfigAlerts
sapConfigAlertsMaxAge 1
I thought setting this to one would clear the alert after an hour but it does not. Can anyone tell me if this can be done or if there is an easier way to clear them. We have quite a few systems with this agent installed and this can be a very time consuming task. |
