Definition:
In MSEXCHAGNT 4, repporting to 3.0 0000 DSM, customer would like the ability
to distinguish between messages & bytes for the monitoring of smtp queue.
For example, for Queue A, you have both the option of monitoring based on
Bytes & on Messages -- but not an OR cenario. You always have to monitor
both.
Customer would like the option to leave monitoring on Messages on, whille
turning it off for monitoring based on Bytes.
