Definition:
Client wants the Mkconfig executable to be able to, when making a new config
set on an agent with instances, write the instance name into the header of th
e file (instead of writing Bootstrap) so that the file does not need to be
edited in any way in order to run an ldconfig against the file to load it bac
k.
