Definition:
This client would like NT and UNIX event agent to be consistant about
automatically fowarding messages using the variable CA_OPERA_NODE. The NT
event agent does this. The client would like the unix agent to do it
as well. Specifically on unix the would like to set an environment variable
export CA_OPERA_NODE= to automatically forwared messages from
that event agent to the manager node.

This issue involves setting an environment variable
export CA_OPERA_NODE=
to automatically forward messages from the event agent to the manager node.
This variable already exists for the NT event agent.

The enhancement request 12838059-1 has been opened to make the NT and
and unix event agents similar with the environment variable CA_OPERA_NODE.
