| I am unable to get the hpaagent to run. Hpa log doesn't indicate any useful info, but the Microsoft app log states,"ID 117 Encryption Error Data to Encrypt is invalid" Unicenter 3.0 on a 2003 server, any thought's? |

Try this syntax to get more debug info:
Hpaagent start -l 5
That will run the agent in debug mode. See if that gives you any further information. |
