I am trying to install a managed instance of RCO in this fashion: Server 1 : Contains NSM, WV Server 2 : Contains AMO, SDO, and RCO Server 3 : Contains SQL Server for all of the above.... The express install of RCO fails on Server 2 because it can not find SQL, the server containing SQL IS asked for and properly given during the installation but defaults back to server 2. The RCO WV / DSM policy integration on the NSM server fails for the same reason. Has anyone encountered this? As a side note, for those of you planning to install the newest release of ITRM / Desktop Management Bundle, be careful... The versions of CCS for each product is not the same and installing all 3 on a single server is a bit tricky as a specific order must be followed.. |

| I sure did, MSSQL client tools are installed. It seems to be an issue with the installer. I have an issue open with CA, they have duplicated it. But they seem to think no one has ever tried this and are working on a resolution. |
