I am using screen painter to enhance a screen. I want a field sortable. I have looked for documentation on this but have not been able to find any. Thanks in advance.

I am using Unicenter ServiceDesk Plus 6.0. I am trying to enhance the Request List screen with Screen Painter. I want to be able to sort the listing per status, edn user, assignee, etc...
How can I add the sorting options to the fields I just indicated.

Probably not the news you want to hear, but this is CA's answer:
Enabling Sorting on Columns is no longer supported as of version 5.0. You will have to get CA Professional Services involved if you would like this customization applied in your environment. This has been removed from the Advanced Customization Guide. |
