If you haven't tried or were not aware of it during the beta, CA's newest support website is now GA and active. Support Connect at http://supportconnect.ca.com/sc/index.jsp If you have not already done so, beat the rush and convert your esupport or tcc login as soon as possible. TCC and Esupport will be available for quite awhile yet but there are a number of advantages to using the new Support Connect. Login and check it out! |

I've been told serveral times now to enter new feature requests (some of which I feel are bugs and not feature requests) to the CA Suggetion Box. Once there the suggetions would be fowarded over to the CA User Groups for evaluation. I am a member of a couple of groups and have yet to see anything come through. Am I missing something here? Do the User Groups ever get to see the suggetions? Right now the only suggetions I can see are ones from my company and I believe that no one outside of my site id can see them. Support connect gives you the ablity to vote on the suggestions to say if you think it is a good idea or not. But, you can only see the ones you submit. Has anybody submitted a suggetion then voted that it was a bad idea? Also other than beening able to see that others from your site ID have voted on your suggetion there is no way to track what has happened to your suggetion once submitted. |

| If you really feel it's a bug, keep on them. We have had many like that and they finally address them as a bug. But, you have to show them how it's a bug. And yes, we have seen the suggestions come through to the user group. You might also let the user group know when you submit one and what it is. |
