Hi folks;
Is anyone using Unicenter Management for Exchange 4.x? I'd like to hear about your experiences with the product. How does it work? Where are there problems? Any information you'd like to give me is useful. I'm doing research on Unicenter products.

We currently run Unicenter Management for SAP version 3.1. We had a problem last week where a user took a dialog process and while checking a table to authenticate the transaction hung and locked the table. Any further attempts to use a dialog process and check the table for authentication was blocked until all dialog processes were used and the system was basically down. The problem is, the SAP agent never detected this. I suspect that the only way for the agent to check the SAP internals is via a dialog process and therefore it couldn't detect the condition. Has anyone run into this?
