After applying the cumulative patches on our Dev and QA systems we received this error: AHD04617: Unknown webengine operation when editing Knowledge Documents (clicking on the "User View" button produces the error). Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have a ticket in with CA about it but haven't received a response in weeks. We're on R11.2 separate web/db servers SQL 2005 Win Svr 2003 Thanks in adv for any suggestions or help. Tai |
