Hello,
Service Desk is sending the E-mails using charset as US-ASCII and exchange 2007 is not accepting this charset.
Can the charset be change, for instances, to charset UTF-8 so that Exchange 2007 can accept e-mails correctly ?
Or do you know any correction do execute in the Migrated Exchange inboxes to 2007 so that these characters are accepted ?
