We have deployed AMOSP1 to our pcs and notebooks. Some how we can see all agents in the admin console except some would not report the overview and the inventory. Does any one know why? Thanks. |

| Did it work with a previous version of AMO? If so, you have an issue for CA. If not, check that Windows firewall settings are set to allow the agent to start and communicate. If you have VPN software loaded on the laptops (such as Cisco CSA) you need to configure that also. |
