| If I decide to stop a job that is running, it sometimes doesn't stop. I have to delete it manually in windows explorer. After that, I cannot execute new jobs, nor can I format or rename tapes because it says device is busy. I cannot stop tape engine, it says 'Tape engine cannot be stopped at this moment'. The only solution seems to reboot the server. Is there another solution? I prefer not to reboot the server but I need a backup... Thanks! |
