| We have an Arcserve 2000 Ent Server connected to a W2K Server machine and a STK Timberwolf 9730 library which has been working swell for a long time. Recently we had some hardware issues which had the library down for 3 weeks in a hardware trouble shooting scenario and last week got it back up and running again. Now I am seeing failed backup jobs with job log error messages '788 Client Agent empty buffer event' and cannot seem to find any information from CA regarding this issue. Anyone else out there see this error before, and if so did you find a solution for it? -Steve |

I have the same problem. I have uppgraded to SP5 client agent and SP5 ArcServe but I have the same problem.
This is egtting to be a quite serious problem for us now. |
