Question 1:
When arcserve starts with a backup job and a blank tape is inside the streamer every backup job fails.
Does anybody have a solution?
Question 2:
Using the webclient and selecting the device manager the following error is displayed when formatting a tape "Erase failed on scsi ID, you don't have enough permissions".
I logged in with Administrator rights.
Arcserve is installed with root account.
Anybody a solution?
